You can print out your order after buying books online and then fax it to us. Payment All prices are GST inclusive. All prices are in displayed in Australian Dollars, if you require a different currency please use the currecy converter which is found under the bookstore categories on the left hand side of each page The most convenient, secure way to pay is using your credit card through our website: we use 128-bit SSL encryption. You can also pay by credit card over the phone or via fax. Or make a bank transfer directly into our bank account. Details are listed at payment stage, if you choose this payment option. Delivery Within Australia Postage is calculated automatically by Australia Post, based on weight and dimensions and is displayed at checkout before your final total is calculated. No Export restrictions - only limited by Austpost International network. Our standard delivery is 7-10 working days. The reason for this is that we order to order. This means that when we receive your order, we place an order with the publisher, who then supplies the books to us, to package for you. We do this to ensure that every book you receive is new, clean, and undamaged. Books are very precious and we believe that finding the perfect book for a child is worth the wait, we hope you agree. Please allow time for your books to arrive, should they be for a special occasion. Should there be a problem with any of the books you have ordered we will advise you immediately. Sometimes, publishers go "out of stock" of a title temporarily. We will contact you within 2 working days to organise a substitute book or another solution to the situation. Should your order be delayed in delivery we will also contact you with 2 working days to make alternative arrangements. Outside Australia Postage is calculated automatically by Australia Post, based on weight and dimensions and is displayed at checkout before your final total is calculated. We use Australia Post Air Mail, delivery times vary depending on which country your order is going to. You will see the standard delivery timeframe for oversea's delivery at final payment stage. There are no export restrictions - only limited by Austpost International network. Gift Voucher & Gift wrapping If you are not sure which books to buy, we offer a gift voucher that can be sent to a child anywhere in the world. An adult can then go to alphabetical.com.au and choose the best books for the child. It’s that simple! Order your gift vouchers here. If you would like the books you have ordered to be gift wrapped, we also offer this service for just $4.95! This includes lovely paper, and a gift card with your message. Make sure you tick the gift wrapping box before proceeding to the checkout. Returns/Exchange Policy We take great care in packaging the books for you, but should you receive your order damaged , we will replace your order, at no extra cost. Please contact us via email or phone/fax (07)3394 4556 and we will advise you what to do, as we will require the damaged books to be returned to us, before we can send out your replacement order. We do not accept returns/exchanges for a change of mind. Opening Hours You can order online anytime! Our general business hours are M-F 9.30am-4.30pm. Outside of these hours, we have fax available and an answering service. We will answer your call within 24 hours or the next business day. There will also be times during the year that we are closed. This means that the website is unavailable. The reason for this, is so that we can take family holidays, especially during school holiday times. We will advise with plenty of notice, any holiday breaks and hope that this does not inconvenience any of our customers. ( We hope you are taking holidays with your family as well!)
