We would like to reward our customers who show loyalty to alphabetical.com.au, in a way that is practical and valuable to them.
Alpha is the name of our loyalty program, and is offered to customers who spend A$200 or more in a single transaction.
The benefits we offer to members of Alpha are as follows.
- Orders of $75 or more in a single transaction, will receive 1 free book with their order to the value of $16( equivalent to a 20% discount). You will be able to select any book from the website to the value of $16, but will need to list the title you want, as your free book, in the comments section when paying for your order. If you do not tell us which book you would like, we will choose an appropriate book for you, based on the books you have ordered.
- Orders of $150 or more in a single transaction will receive the above as well as a discount of 10% for that order.
- As a member of Alpha, you will also be personally invited to 2 yearly sales for a limited time, in which you can take advantage of special prices on a large range of books. We will contact you prior to these events.
- You will also receive early notification of any books which may be of particular interest to you. Eg. If you have an Angelina Ballerina fan in your house, we will let you know when the latest title is coming, and you can place an early order for it.
Customers who qualify for Alpha membership will be contacted via email shortly to welcome them to Alpha.
